저의 작업물에 등장하는 모든 캐릭터는 19세 이상의 성년입니다. 원래의 캐릭터 설정과 관계없이 조정되는 것이며 이에 동의하지 않으시면 작업을 해드리기 어렵습니다. 정치적 / 종교적 / 차별적 / 혐오적인 성향을 내포한 신청 내용은 물론 특정 페티쉬나 상식을 벗어나 논란이 될만한 자극적인 소재는 받지 않습니다. 정확한 작업 가능 여부에 대한 안내는 항상 DM을 통해 상담을 마쳐야 드릴 수 있습니다.

기본 안내
작업 기간 및 환불 규정
커미션은 선불이며 입금을 완료한 다음날부터 작업이 시작된 것으로 간주합니다. 입금 후에 단순 변심에 의한 환불은 불가능합니다. 모든 작업에는 평균 작업 기간이 명시되어 있으며 개인적인 사정으로 인해 이 평균 작업 기간이 초과되어 작업이 완료될 수 있습니다. 특별한 마감 일자 전에 마감을 원하신다면 꼭 사전에 말씀해주셔야 합니다. 어떤 작업이든 진척없이 2개월이 초과되면 환불을 요구하실 수 있고 작업상황이 공유되었고 작업의 중간 과정이 진행 중이더라도 작업이 시작 되고 4개월이 초과되었다면 무조건적인 환불을 요구하실 수 있습니다.
신청 및 작업물의 수정
커미션 종류의 변경, 신청 캐릭터 변경 등 신청 내용 자체를 수정하는 것은 입금을 마치기 전에 해주셔야 하며 이 후의 수정 요구는 거절되거나 추가금이 발생할 수 있습니다. 작업물의 수정이란 캐릭터의 포즈나 표정, 구도 등을 러프 단계 이 후에 변경하는 것을 말하며 따로 명시되어 있지 않다면 수정 횟수는 채색 단계 전에 기본 1회 제공합니다. 사소한 수정도 수정 횟수가 차감되는 것이므로 수정 요구 사항이 있다면 가능한 한번에 모든 내용을 정리해 전달해주시는 것을 권장드립니다. 기본으로 제공하는 수정 기회를 모두 소진한 이 후의 수정 요구는 역시 거절되거나 추가금이 발생할 수 있습니다. 저의 실수로 누락된 캐릭터의 요소를 추가하는 것은 횟수 제한 없이 해드리며 이는 완성 이 후에도 가능합니다.
작업물의 이용 범위
모든 작업물에 대한 저작권은 작업자인 저에게 귀속되며 저의 포트폴리오로서 활용됩니다. 비영리 목적 활동에서의 사용은 제한이 없지만 작업물을 원본 그대로 사용하지 않고 2차 가공하거나 특정 컨텐츠를 만드는 재료로서 사용하신다면 사전에 저에게 꼭 문의를 해주시길 바랍니다. 상업적인 이용 또한 사전 협의가 필요하며 행사 등에서 굿즈를 소량 생산해 판매한다거나 기대 수익이 높지 않은 상업적인 활동은 추가적인 비용 없이 허락해드리거나 소액으로 일시적인 상업적 이용 권리를 양도해 드리니 참고 부탁드립니다. 작업물을 부적절하게 혹은 사전 협의된 내용을 벗어나 사용하시다 발생하는 모든 책임은 신청자 혹은 사용자에게 있음을 알립니다.
커미션 가격 관련 안내
제가 제공해드리는 커미션의 종류와 가격은 언제든지 변동될 수 있으며 이를 따로 공지하지는 않습니다. 신청 시에 본 사이트에서 확인하신 가격을 기준으로 작업을 진행해드리며 원화가 아닌 다른 화폐로 커미션 비용을 지불하실 경우엔 수수료 등을 고려해 추가금이 포함된 가격으로 안내되니 참고해주시기 바랍니다. 커미션 신청 문의 이 후에 가격이 변동되었더라도 신청 시에 확인하셨던 가격으로 커미션을 진행해 드립니다.
PSD 파일 제공 및 AI 학습에 대한 안내
레이어 정보가 있는 PSD 포맷이나 클립스튜디오 작업 파일 등은 요구해주셔도 전달드리지 않으며 PNG나 JPG 포맷으로 저장된 원본 크기의 파일을 이메일로 보내드립니다. 저의 작업물을 허락없이 여러 바리에이션으로 복제하거나 AI 생성 모델의 학습 데이터로서 활용하는 것은 절대 금합니다.
Please read it before you apply for a commission
Basic Guide
All the characters in my work are of age 19 or older. It is adjusted regardless of the original character setting, and if you do not agree, it will be difficult to do the work. I do not accept applications that imply political, religious, discriminatory, or hateful tendencies, nor do we accept provocative material that could be controversial outside of certain fetish or common sense. I can always DM you for guidance on the exact availability of work.
Working Period and Refund Regulations
The commission is prepaid and is considered to have started work the day after the deposit has been completed. Refunds due to a simple change of mind are not possible after deposit. All tasks specify an average duration of work and due to personal reasons, this average duration of work may be exceeded and work may be completed. If you want to close before a deadline that you want, please be sure to tell us in advance. You can ask for a refund if any work exceeds two months without progress and even if the work situation has been shared and the intermediate process of work is in progress, you can ask for an unconditional refund if the work has started and exceeded four months.
About Modification
Modifying the contents of the application, such as changing the type of commission and changing the applied character, must be done before the deposit is completed, and subsequent requests for modifications may be rejected or additional charges may occur. Modification of a work refers to changing the character's pose, expression, composition, etc. after the rough stage. Unless otherwise specified, the number of modifications is basically provided once before the coloring stage. Even minor modifications will be deducted, so if there are any modifications, I recommend that you organize everything as much as possible and deliver it. After exhausting all the basic modification opportunities, the modification request may also be rejected or an additional fee may be incurred. Adding elements of characters missing by my mistake is done without a limit on the number of times, and this is possible even after completion.
Terms of use artwork and design
The copyright of all works belongs to me, and is may used as my portfolio. There are no restrictions on the use of non-profit activities, but if you do not use the work as it is, but if you use it as a secondary processing or as a material to make specific content, please contact me in advance. Please note that commercial use also requires prior consultation, and I allow you to produce and sell small amounts of goods at events, or to transfer temporary commercial use rights in small amounts. I inform you that the applicant or user is responsible for any and any use of the work inappropriately or outside of the content discussed in advance.
About commission price
The type and price of the commission I provide may change at any time and I do not announce it separately. When applying, I will proceed based on the price you checked on this site, and if you pay for the commission in currency other than won, please note that the price including the additional fee will be informed considering the fee. Even if the price has changed after inquiring about the commission application, I will proceed with the commission at the price you confirmed at the time of application.
About providing PSD files and AI learning
If you ask for a PSD format or a clip studio work file with layer information, I won't deliver it. I will email you a file of the original size stored in PNG or JPG formats. I absolutely prohibit copying my work into multiple variations without permission or using it as learning data for AI-generated models.
